- Listen to some of my favorite music. The Lana Del Rey albums are some of my absolute favorites, especially when played on vinyl!
- Go to the bookstore. This is a favorite thing I love to do. Nothing like a quite bookstore to help relax me.
- Read a book, new or old. I really enjoy rereading some of my favorite books.
- Pamper myself with a favorite face mask.
- Go on a walk.
- Enjoy a cup of my favorite coffee or tea!
- Work on a blog post. I love to write and writing always helps relax me.
- Call a friend or family member to catch up with and help take my mind off things.
- Indulge in some dessert.
- Take a nice long bath and I never forget to use a bath bomb from Lush! Give Twilight a try, the lavender will definitely help you relax.
- Watch some videos from my favorite YouTubers to forget about the world.
- Give or treat myself to a manicure and pedicure.
- Light some of my favorite candles throughout the house and watch a movie.
Where any of these helpful? I would love to know some of the ways you like to relax?
This is a lovely list and reminded me of some things I haven't done in awhile! I need to visit my local bookstore - its been ages! I also love face masks, tea, and of course indulging in dessert. Perfect post. :) xx

Great tips - and so very much needed at the moment! For me, tea and a good book is a sure fire go-to, as is walking, especially when it gets a little chillier outside :)

This is such a lovely post! I agree a lot of the things you mentioned on this list also relaxes me but I also love hearing podcast! I'm probably subscribed to one too many but days I don't want to do anything or whenever I'm commuting anywhere I'll just play it and it makes my day go by faster.

I remember you mentioning before how you listen to a lot of podcasts. I've never listened to any, but then again I don't really know of any to listen to lol. I'm not really familair with them. I can imagine they can be elaxing just like audio books.
