Ornament Collection #5

Merry Christmas-Eve! Can you believe tomorrow is Christmas? Where has the time gone, I swear it feels like just last week we were celebrating Halloween. If you're here reading this post then you're probably ready for my final ornament collection series post of the year, until next year that is. I hope once the next Holiday season approaches to continue with more installments of this series.

Up first is this Harry Potter Honeydukes Sweet Shop store ornament. This is one of the Hallmark ornaments that was released this year. I'm obsessed with this guy it's so beautiful and it's one of my favorite shops on Hogsmeade because of how cute it is. The snow on the roof looks so pretty with the glitter and when the light shines on it it really looks so beautiful. I need to add more shops like this to my collection.
Another of my many favorite ornaments is this Alice in Wonderland Doorknob ornament. I purchased this guy last year at the Disney Store and it's for sure one of those ornaments I was super excited for which I'm sure you guys can guess why. The Doorknob is one of those rare characters you don't really see merchandise of. As you can see this is another fun ornament. On one side the Doorknob is smiling and when you turn him around you will find him again but he looks a little worried.
How pretty is this Alice in Wonderland ornament of Alice inside of a clear glass teapot? I got this piece at Disneyland and I loved how this looked especially with the two talking flowers on the inside beside her. On the front of the ornament, there are images of some more flowers and mushrooms which really makes it look like Alice is in the garden with all of the flowers.
This year I finally added a Grinch ornament to my collection. I purchased this on eBay and feel it was the perfect Grinch piece to add to my collection. One of my favorite things about this piece is the crooked Christmas tree because it reminds me of the tree in Whoville. I find it so cute that the tree also has a couple of random ornaments on it. The Grinch is as per usual up to no good and is taking all the gifts from under the tree and filling his sack with them. I definitely plan on hunting for more Grinch ornaments to fill my tree within the future years to come.
I just couldn't wait until next Christmas season to share my newest Alice ornament. This Alice in Wonderland ornament was recently released a couple of months ago at Disneyland Parks. This piece is of Alice falling down the rabbit hole her dress is even poofed up from the fall. It's so adorable and it has quickly become one of my favorite ornaments of her. I also really like that her dress is filled with blue glitter it makes her look even more magical. I'm so happy Disney has been outdoing themselves with all these Alice ornaments and I hope they continue releasing more along with more characters as well!
Another ornament I recently picked up very randomly is this Rodolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer record player musical ornament from the Hallmark store. When I saw this ornament I just knew I couldn't pass it up. I adore my record player and thought it was the most perfect piece to have in my collection. Not only do I love that this is a record player but I love this film. I used to watch it every year when I was in school throughout Winter break before Christmas. Also, this is my first and the only ornament so far that plays music. I love it so much and as you can guess it plays Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer song. This is such a nostalgic ornament for sure.
The final ornament in this post and the second piece I purchased while I was at Hallmark is this classic Nutcracker. I don't need to go on about how much I adore Nutcrackers because I already have in previous posts. This ornament is so simple and so beautiful. His outfit is finished with stunning glitter and he even has a fuzzy beard and hair! I have him placed perfectly next to a few of my candy cane ornaments which I'll definitely share in the future.

Thank you to everyone who joined me every Monday (or any other day) for my ornament collection series. I have had the most fun creating this type of content for you. I really hope you all have a  magical day and Happy Holidays to you all!

  2. My ornaments are so basic and I'm pretty sure I got them about ten years ago. I pretend to consider them "classics" lol! But these are so cute especially the Alice! Love how great they look and how they brighten up the tree!
