Berry Picking

Last Sunday Rudy and I drove to Watsonville to do some fruit picking of our own! My cousin had suggested we go to a local farm and do the peach picking, unfortunately, we had no luck with finding a farm that was offering peaches to pick, however, we did find tons that had strawberries available for picking. This was something Rudy and I never did before and we both really enjoyed doing. It wasn't overly crowded either and I think this is something we will want to do throughout other seasons. The farm we ended up going to had a large field of Strawberries and then literally down the street they had another field filled with blackberries and Olallieberries. So we did both!

I was so impressed with how vibrant the strawberries were. They were gorgeous and once we got home we couldn't help but rinse them off to taste them. They were so sweet and delicious I couldn't stop eating them. I've never been a fan of blackberries but we did pick some to take home and try. I'm pleased to let you guys know that the blackberries we picked were also very delicious. They were super soft and very sweet. Per usual, we managed to snap a few pictures and I'm here to share them with you today!
