Anticipating: the holidays! You guys, I can not believe October is coming to an end! How did that happen? It felt like September barely started a week ago. I was excited about getting married, the first day of fall and mine and Rudy's birthday... Now it's long gone. I love the holidays and I'm so excited that they're so close but this also makes me a little nervous. With how quickly time is passing I feel like it'll be Christmas before I even get to enjoy all the Halloween festivities. I'm really hoping I get to check every item off my fall bucket list before planning out a Christmas one. I want to enjoy this fall weather before winter and snow hit us. Watch all the Halloween films and eat as much pumpkin spice flavored treats. We recently went to our very first pumpkin patch in Washington and I can't wait to share photos with you all real soon! I'm also excited for all the holidays since it will be mine and Rudy's first Halloween as a married couple, Thanksgiving, Christmas etc. How exciting!

Watching: a couple of new shows! Last month Rudy and I began watching The Good Doctor. It's a new series that stars Freddie Highmore "Norman Bates" and I am so pleased to see him on the television screen once again. You can say I was pretty devastated when Bates Motel ended and I am now at ease that we get to watch him in a whole new show. Freddie plays a doctor who is autistic and he plays this role so well. I was hooked from the first episode and I even shed a couple tears. Once again this is a show like none other I've seen before and the fact that they're showing more of an autistic point of view is amazing. This is a show that I highly recommend to everyone. Another show we started watching is Dexter. I know this show has been out for some time I just never I watched it. I was only a couple of episodes in and wasn't too sure how I felt about it. I watch it from time to time though. Rudy, on the other hand, loves it and plays it non stop or as much as he can before I ask him to change it haha. I also just started watching This Is Us. I remember when the series premiered last year and I heard it was really good but also really sad. Of course, I shot it down immediately. I kept seeing it on Hulu and finally decided to give it a chance and I love it. I was in episode four when I went back to episode one because Rudy wanted to begin watching it. We're so hooked and watch it every night. I love Jack! I'm really curious to know what happens to him... no spoilers I promise! I have to include American Horror Story: Cult. I love the AHS Series, well most of them. This season is so intense because of all the hot political topics. It keeps getting better with each episode and crazier! I'm so curious to see where it'll go next. I'm always left with my jaw on the floor.

Considering: a new hairstyle... I feel like I get so easily bored with my hair. A couple of years ago I felt the need to do something different to my hair and I got my bangs. I love them so much but sometimes I get sick of having to constantly trim them. I've been contemplating whether to let them grow out or not. Another thing, I've been letting my hair grow out for what feels like forever! It's grown so much and I absolutely love it but at the same time, I've been having the urge of chopping it off. I know I'm crazy, right? I just don't know what to do. I know my hair needs a major trim and I feel that if I were to cut it I would immediately regret it. Knowing me, I probably won't do a thing and my hair will stay the same, but I do get a little-excited thinking of all the possibilities. What do you guys think I should do?

Enjoying: this new shampoo I was recently sent to try out. The company Maple Holistics reached out to me early September asking if I would be interested in trying out their Tea Tree Oil shampoo. This shampoo has so many amazing benefits such as improvements to your hair and scalp health. It will help slow down hair loss while promoting hair growth. That I completely agree with! Once I received this shampoo I wanted to use it for a good amount of time in order to really see a difference along with a true review. It's now been well over a month and a half since using this shampoo and I can't believe how much my hair has grown! I really wish I took a before and after picture to compare. However, in an upcoming post, you will get a chance to see the current length of my hair. The shampoo will clear away dead skin on your scalp and will also soothe any scalp blemishes. This Tea Tree Oil shampoo is also cruelty-free, parabens-free, GMO-free and gluten-free! How amazing is that? It is filled with all natural ingredients like Jojoba oil, Botanical Keratin, Argan oil, Tea Tree oil, Lavender oil and even Rosemary oil. Anyone can use this shampoo, men, women and even children! One last thing I wanted to share. If you click on this link you can receive some samples along with a full sized product all for free! If you decide to check them out let me know what you think.

*This post is not sponsored. I was not paid to speak about this product. All opinions are 100% true and my own.*

Thinking: a lot about the future. Moving to Washington was such a huge step for mine and Rudy's future. Here for us, the possibilities are endless. The living cost in California was becoming more and more expensive and we both knew we would never own our own home there let alone live comfortably. Up here we actually have a chance in buying a home! That blows my mind to think that possibly and hopefully in 2018 we will be homeowners! I'm praying and crossing my fingers that everything works out for us after the year we both had. I still can't believe how much things have looked up for us, we needed it. And who knows if and when that happens and everything is working out maybe Rudy and I can finally consider adding a plus one to the family!

  2. Hi, Juliana! Wow I loved this post! I say this every single year, but I cannot believe how quickly autumn flies by! Soon it will be Christmas. HOW? Also, I am totally feeling your pain with your hair woes. Every half year or so, I get this urge to change up my hair style. I'm also trying to grow it long, and it's such a painful and boring process! I just got a little fringe, and that helped :) hehe I've been wanting to switch to a more natural, healthier shampoo and have never heard of that brand before! I am definitely going to check it out. Thanks!!

  3. I didn't realize you live in Washington! I live in Tacoma, whereabouts are you? There's no way I could ever afford to live in CA so I know where you're coming from there! Although Seattle is getting so expensive these days too. I just can't win haha

    1. Yeah, I recently moved here back in August. I'm currently in Auburn. I know anything in or near Seattle is expensive so I don't mind living where we're at since its still fairly close. How long have you lived here?
