Enjoying: Lots and lots of baths! In 2016 I found myself getting back into baths with using bath bombs and bubbles. I don't really enjoy baths in the warmer months so it wasn't until winter when I really began to put all my lush bath bombs and bubble bars to use. In January I was taking 3-4 baths per week and its been great. Baths are so relaxing and really helps me clear my mind from everything. There are many benefits to taking baths too and just to name a few the warmth of the water helps improve blood circulation. The steam helps fight colds, and melatonin is released while you're relaxing in your bath which will help you go to sleep a lot easier. I've also been enjoying getting to use and experience all the new bath bombs and bubble bars that I've never used before. I really enjoy the bath bombs that hydrate your skin since its common for your skin to dry up during the colder months. Lush has so many different bath bombs to choose from and its lots of fun trying to pick which to try out next. Lets not forget how much fun bath bombs and bath are to snap pictures of and share on Instagram. I'm 100% guilty of this, sorry not sorry haha.

Feeling: Nervous about Juicy and Bowie's dental appointment! Monday they have their appointment to get their teeth cleaned and I know this probably isn't anything major it still makes me very anxious. They are going to be put under anesthesia which is what worries me the most. When Bowie was a puppy and he got fixed I couldn't stop stressing myself out the night before and the day of. I even cried when the nurse called to let me know he was falling asleep due to the anesthesia. Once he was all done and home I was so relief that I wouldn't have to go through that again. Juicy is older than Bowie by almost three years and she wasn't able to get fixed due to a heart murmur. Her Dr. at the time informed me that it was possible that her murmur may fade with age and is common in small dogs. Her Dr. also told me he didn't recommend her being put under anesthesia because she would be at high risk. It wasn't until a couple years ago that her new Dr. said he didn't hear any murmur in her heart. During their latest appointment the Dr. recommended that I make an appointment for them both to get a dental cleaning especially since they found a little bubble on the side of Bowie's gums. Still I couldn't help but worry about Juicy. I know her Dr. knows whats best for her and he did say he was pretty confident with her being put under but as her mom I can't stop freaking out about the whole procedure. I'm praying everything runs smoothly and that they both do fine, that's easier said than done. I'm happy that I will at least have Rudy by my side the entire time.

Watching: Tons of Netflix! On my January favorites I mentioned how I started watching The Magicians season one on Netflix and I love it. Once I finished the season I wanted to look for something new to watch. I kept seeing ads for the show The Crown and was mildly interested to see what it was about. I watched episode one and it was pretty interesting but before I could finish the series I finally decided to watch Stranger Things. I've seen and have heard so many people talking about this show and at first I didn't even want to give it a chance because of that. As the months went by and this was in the summer I decided I wanted to give it a shot and see it for myself. Of course that didn't happen until now and I've been really enjoying it. It's been very interesting. I just finished the season last night and I'm really surprised by how much I liked it. It really sucks that season two won't be out until October and that's nine months away! Before I even began The Magicians I was watching the new Netflix show A Series of Unfortunate Events. I loved the movie with Jim Carrey so once I heard about the show I was really excited about it. I only made it to episode four and wasn't feeling it anymore. I'm not sure exactly why, I love the children in the show but I think its because I wasn't too thrilled with Neil Patrick Harris playing Count Olaf. I've decided to give the series a break and hopefully I can go back to it later on and see how it ends.

Not ready for: Bates Motel the final season! I can go on and on about this, I love Bate Motel. Its kind of funny because I only began watching the series in October. I don't think I've ever really heard of it before, or maybe I did I'm not sure. I do remember Imelda had mentioned something about the show one day when we were hanging out and for some reason the show lingered in my mind. Then I seen it on Netflix a couple days later while looking for something to watch and that same day I began watching it. I became obsessed right away and finished the first three seasons within two weeks. I haven't been this emotionally attached to a show in a long time! I love the story of Norman when he was younger and of course Norma. I just love the entire cast. I feel that the show is ending way too soon but it's because I barely began watching it a few months ago when in reality the show began back in 2013. I'm anticipating the new season I'm really excited to see what this season will bring and how they are going to end it. I still can't believe Norma is dead! I knew that was going to happen all along but ugh I just can't I'm still grieving. I'm also very excited that Rihanna is in this season playing the infamous Marian Crane! February 20 needs to hurry up but like I said I don't want the season to ever end haha. Who else watches Bates Motel?

Reading: Fifty Shades Darker, again! I read all three books within three weeks back in 2012 and loved it. I was a huge fan immediately and once I heard that they were making the books into movies I was ecstatic! Just before Fifty Shades of Grey came to theaters I reread the book to refresh my memory also to see how much the movie would differ from the book. Since Fifty Shades Darker comes out today I had to do the same. I've been counting down the days for this movie to come out and I'm so happy that the day is finally here. I know when people think of the Fifty Shades book they think of stupid porn love but it's a lot more than that. It won't be everyones cup of tea and honestly I'm surprised I was ever interested in it. That just goes to show you that you can't really judge  book by its covers. I do that a lot. Although I won't be going to watch the movie today Rudy and I already made plans to go watch it tomorrow morning! Have you read the Fifty Shades series?

Loving: This new holographic notebook I recently picked up from Target (you can find it on my intro photo above). This is probably a random little object but I love notebooks especially pretty ones. I use a lot of notebooks for jotting down ideas for my blog and I even have one dedicated to some desserts and dinner recipes I've learned and picked up along the years. I had seen this notebook at a few different Targets and was always tempted to purchase it every time. I never did because I don't need anymore notebooks at the moment but just look how unique this one is. Clearly I gave in a picked it up. I really love that its holographic and it gives me a unicorn whimsical feel. I also love the little quote on the front "I've got big plans". That is such a nice and inspirational quote and the main reason I picked it up. I decided I needed this notebook to keep me motivated and inspired with all things. I wasn't too sure how I was going to put this notebook to use. Right away I wanted to use it for possible wedding planning but I don't want to push a wedding when the time isn't right. After a few possible ideas I think I'm planning on using it as a prayer journal. I don't like to ever get into religious things but I do believe in God. I'm not an extremely religious person and I don't go to church every Sunday. Honestly I haven't gone to Church in a really long time besides a wedding this past weekend. However I do pray and talk to God every single day. I love to take a few minutes before going to sleep to thank him for all my blessings. I think writing them all down in this beautiful notebook would be a great thing to do also so that one day I can look back at what I once prayed for and see where my life is in that moment. Since I love this notebook so much I think I may have to pick up a second one and have it set aside for some other possible use.

    1. One more week until Bates Motel as of yesterday! You have to reread it! I love rereading books especially when the movie is coming out. I did the same with the Twilight films.
