1. My dogs, Juicy and Bowie. They mean the world to me. They have taught me so much about so many things, unconditional love is one of them. No matter how down I am feeling these two always makes me feel 100 times better.
2. Rudy my fiancé, is one if not the most important person I have in my life. He is my best friend and one of the best things that has ever happened to me. I don't know who or where I would be today without him. I am so lucky to have found him.
3. I've never been one to have too many friends and I'm ok with that because I am so grateful for the friends I do have. I would much rather have one true friend than a bunch of fake ones. I'm so grateful for all the wonderful friends I have made through social media and Disneyland! Also I'm thankful at how much closer Imelda and I have gotten this year. She's such a kind person. I love that I can be totally myself and honest with her about anything and she will do the same. Fun fact, I also met her through social media a few years back!
4. My health is something I am so thankful for every single day. I've never been one to have had many issues with my health apart from the few times I caught Pneumonia when I was little and as an adult having tonsillitis and gallstones. Other than that I'm so lucky to been in pretty good health which is why I wanted to change up my diet completely late last year. I wanted to eat things that would be good for my body and not risk anything bad happening. I know at the end of the day its inedible but if I can help keep my body heathy I'm going to do so.
5. Having a supporting family by my side means so much to me. Even though we have more downs than ups I'd like to think we'll always be there for one another no matter what. I know not everyone is lucky enough to have family in their lives and I'm incredible thankful for everyone in mine.
6. I am thankful for my blog. I'm so happy I decided to make this blog and how much dedication I have put into it this past year. I look forward everyday into taking a few minutes even hours to work on a post or looking through previous posts, and remember all the memories I've made. This blog has become a place where I can come and share almost anything from it being something extremely personal like my anxiety story or trips to my favorite place.
7. Disneyland is truly the happiest place on earth. I love it so much because once you walk in the gates all your troubles and worries somehow disappear. When my anxiety and depression began Rudy and I took a trip to Disneyland for the weekend and it made me feel so much better for the duration we were there. It's truly magical and my escape form reality. Disneyland is my happy place and where Rudy and I have made so many wonderful memories that I will treasure for the rest of my life. I am so thankful for being able to have taken all those countless trips there and to have created all the memories.
8. My growing hair! I've always mentioned how my hair wouldn't grow or how it grows ridiculously slow but that has changed tremendously this year. I think I finally have a routine and diet down that has really been working wonders for my hair. I am so proud of it and plan on continuing it to get my hair a little longer.
9. This is something Im sure many people forget to be thankful for because I know sometimes I'm even guilty of it. I'm so thankful for the food I eat everyday. I don't know how it feels to not be able to walk into the kitchen and whip something up without a second thought. I try to remind myself often not to waste food or water because there are people out there that would do anything for a warm cooked meal and clean water to drink.
10. A roof over my head, a bed to sleep in, never ending options of clothes to wear, my makeup collection, television, DVD's, internet, my phone, all my designer bags, my car, shoes, sports bra and cozy socks the list can go on and on, but I'm thankful for all those things! I am so blessed to have everyone and everything that is in life and I always make sure I thank God and all his Angels for it every single night before I go to bed. I am a very lucky girl and I try to never take things for granted.
Lastly, I am so thankful for you who's reading this very post. Thank you! I'm always so thankful for anyone who reads any of my posts because it means so much to me.
